Friendly helpful staff. They gave useful advices. Taxi service is available for good price to discover the island and fo stay on different beaches . The restaurant is perfect too. A few beaches you can reach by walking through other resorts . In Thailand it’s possible to do so. 3 minutes walk to a small beach where the sunset is beautiful and it’s good for snorkeling too. Next to the resort there is a small supermarket too.

We loved the warm attitude of the host Poh and her team, upon a request of early check-in she was kind enough to have us early and made sure our stay was comfortable, Poh also did book our return tickets and was seamless with all the help needed for things in and around the property. Our friends had one of their best stays ever! The view, house and staff were all perfect, and we believe it's due to good management and professionalism. Mohammed was the coolest and best manager we've ever had on any of our stays (and we travel a lot around the world!). We will definitely come back again for a longer stay. And if you don't know much about the island and need anything, Mohammed is your best buddy!

The staff is really exceptionally nice and always very helpful. The ideal place for Kajak, snorkeling and Corall lovers.

Jamahkiri Dive Resort & Spa provides accommodation along Thian Og Bay on Koh Tao Island. It offers WiFi and pier transfers for free. It has a private beach, a pool and a certified diving centre. This hotel is amazing. I planned on staying 4 nights and extended my stay to 7 nights when I got there. The resort is clean, very nice, with magnificent view of the ocean and Shark bay (great for off-shore snorkeling). Rooms are spacious, spotless clean and the view is the best you can have - directly on the ocean, with nothing in front - cannot top that! Due to a location on the cliff, the resort isn't in the town, but by scooter, shuttle or taxi it is a quick 10-15min drive to the center. There are also many stairs, but again - cliff position, so it is unavoidable. Staff is very nice. Mr. Nice at the reception desk will make your stay into a dream one, by helping out with every question or request you may have. Breakfast is generous and also the meals at the restaurant are really tasty. The prices are a bit high (also at the pool), but nothing extraordinary. Spa - I went to a Thai massage 2x - first one was AWESOME, but the second one very disappointing, so I guess it depends which therapist you get. If you are a scuba diver or you have always wanted to try - this is the place to do it. I did my Open Water Course here and the instructor and facilities are the best one can get. So, if you decide to do it, ask for Pierre and you will be in the best hands. Overall ... this resort got my hear the first second I have opened the balcony door and heard the ocean, and it has not disappointed.

We stayed in the deluxe double villa and it was right on the water. Heard the sounds of the ocean all night long. Very relaxing to lay in the hammock and watch the waves. Restaurant was amazing and accommodating for my vegan diet. Would recommend the pineapple fried rice with tofu!
