ROOMS: super clean, most comfortable bed ever, with quality amazing linens & mosquito netting (but not needed as I wasn't annoyed by a single bug & they LOVE me!) Pool access room is awesome, with nice private porch with table & chairs for dining, playing games & what not. Also lounging type chairs. Smart TV & fridge also in room. Each room has a water heater in the shower so you've got all the hot water you want, or don't want. Easily adjustable. POOL: long, gorgeous, amazing & super clean. LOCATION: ideal. Close to walk to a couple great restaurants, where I ate every meal. 711 down the road & a 5 minute walk to Khlong Khong beach. Long, gorgeous, soft sand, swimmable, with lively beach bars & music all the way down. Oh & perfect sunset spot. VALUE FOR MONEY: Beyond a 10/10 Im not in great shape, nor a big walker, but you don't need to be if staying here. Its just off the main road, so it's peaceful & quiet, while still being close to everything, including a weed shop on the corner. Tuk Tuks easily available, or rent a scooter if you want. I didn't rent a scooter & felt fine getting where I needed to.

The service and the view were immaculate! Stunning sunset on the cliffs. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we are so grateful for their hospitality. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Absolutely everything. Frank the general manager is so easy to deal with and is always willing to help. The staff were beautiful and accomodating. Beaches, the pools and the gym a real compliment to a great resort. Can’t speak highly enough of the team and resort. I’ve have been to many resorts in Thailand this one was a standout 👌

This is what we had been looking for in Thailand. A quiet, basic, clean bungalow on the beach. Right next to the best cocktail bar: Aqua Bar. We didn’t move from our deck for two days relaxing and dipping in the beach.
