The hotel & amenities were lovely, the staff were polite & helpful, the food was delicious, the spa services (massages) were top shelf, our room overlooked the river & it was beautiful with a comfy bed & awesome pillows (yes pillows - 2 each with different firmness, made for wonderful sleeps), and the grounds were beautiful … it was truly all amazing.

Staff were the sweetest. Also was 650 m from a Thai hot mineral springs place. Absolutely have to return to this place.

Very lovely tents, great meals, fantastic service and nature all around. They take great care of the elephants as well.

Size is big, especially the bathroom. Bed to me is comfortable. Pillow just a bit too soft. Breakfast with good varieties and taste. Only stay for one night not have the chance to enjoy the nice swimming pool which is facing the river. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if come to Chiangrai.
