She was friendly, caring and professional. This hotel allowed me early check in without extra cost. Few hotels still do this kind gesture. The location of this hotel is as good as it can get for tourists. The place is retro and has a cozy vibe.

The apartment is very nice, everything is high quality (kitchen, bathroom etc.). It is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked. There is included underground parking in a designated spot right under the building (<2.1m H). The guest welcomes you when you arrive and comes there when you leave, is very nice and speaks english very well. The location is also good, you can take the tram from the main street to the city center (3 stops) or you can walk (~20 mins).
