The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything you expect with friendly staff, clean and ample parking; but with so many other things which put it above the rest. The botanical gardens attached are beautiful, the use of the thermal pool to cap off your evening is magical and the food from either of the two restaurants is exceptional. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was exceptionally made and the food varied from day to day which made each morning a little surprise! The staff was very forthcoming and friendly - the cook would always chat with us in the morning and even the owners passed by to introduce themselves. Everything was very personal and you could see and feel the love that is being poured into this hotel!

Very centrally located hotel, lots of restaurant nearby. Like lots of city hotels the rooms are compact but very well appointed. All the staff were very helpful, especially Miguel on reception. Who gave us some great advice on where to eat. Our transfer driver from the airport was great too.
