The tour, laundry and massage prices are very, very fair and reasonable compared to other hotels or resorts. On our last day, we booked a hopping island tour via the resort and when we came back in the afternoon, We were allowed to take a bath And the laundry service was completed within three hours👍👍👍. This enabled us to go to the airport 'dry and clean'. I would Like to thank therapist-Marlyn for her outstanding massage services which in my opinions are much better than those Thailand counterparts. I have recommended resort to my friends and family members, some of whom Have already made a reservation for the upcoming summer vacation this year.

Our family villa was amazing. So cozy and yet also luxurious. I loved our driver Jess for our private tours. Also loved the free shuttle service to Alona. We had the best tours of swimming with whale sharks. Loboc river cruise. Chocolate hills and ATV. And snorkeling at Belicasag. Thanks to the Donatela staff for a vacation of a lifetime.

When we arrived, my husband wasn’t feeling well, so I went to the restaurant alone. She approached me and kindly asked why I was by myself. When I told her about my husband, she didn’t hesitate to help us and went above and beyond with her service. There were lots of free activities, prices were reasonable, and everyone was very accommodating. I’ll definitely recommend this resort to my friends, and I’ll absolutely come back.
