Great concept situated near business center and combines multiple restaurants and spaces for casual or informal meetings with colleagues and clients. Staff are energized and friendly. It was less expensive than other locations I normally stay at. Wish I found it sooner and will always be first pick going forward.

The property is non-smoking and is set 47 km from RNZAF Base Ohakea. Unfortunately we only stayed here one night on our way to Wellington as I would dearly have loved to stay longer in this little gem of a property. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, adding so many little extras which made it truly a wonderful place to stay. Situated in their garden, surrounded by nature, the property had a wonderfully comfy bed, great shower, good cooking facilities and lovely outside seating. We were offered a swim in the pool and use of the Bbq which unfortunately we didn't have time to try. I would totally recommend staying here and certainly would love to return

Spacious and homely with all the modern amenities. Everything was great - from host's responses to the cleanliness of the property. Location is a short drive to the city. Walking to University of Waikato.

Munchies provided made a wonderful, much-appreciated evening snack as well as morning breakfast. Opening up the suite for me (I arrived after dark) was also much appreciated.

Great location, beautiful inside and out, super clean with amazing sheets and comforters, nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash, kitchen fully stocked and lovely, spa pool and all towels were very nice! Steve was the greatest host and us 8 adults were super comfortable here!

Everything was clean and we appreciated the range of breakfast foods provided. Fantastic spa and pool.

The location was great, in that place you can see the Taupo lake and the views from there were amazing! The owner was very nice and friendly. He told us where can go to and give us some advice.
