And also owner of the property is incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. It’s truly an amazing place, offering both comfort and charm. The value for money is exceptional, a must-stay if you’re tripping in Rotorua!

The room is very large, very clean, not damp, fully equipped, very suitable for families, the only problem is that the mattress is not very good, if the landlord can replace it later, I will choose this accommodation next time.

Our family immediately felt at home. It's a really great house. The kitchen is superbly equipped. My husband even baked bread. We had breakfast at the large dining table and celebrated Christmas. Everything was clean. There were fresh clean towels for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. The small garden around the house is simply marvellous. You can spend cosy hours on the sun lounger. My husband really enjoyed the whirlpool. As you have to do laundry on a long journey, I was very happy to be able to use a washing machine. There were plenty of places to hang up the washing. We really enjoyed our stay and would book the house again at any time. The contact with the landlord was also great. We forgot our binoculars and were informed immediately. Many thanks for this great house, the beautiful garden and the hospitality. We also wrote a few lines in the guest book.
