Terletak di Tulum, 1-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Tulum Selatan, Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club mempunyai penginapan dengan basikal percuma, tempat parking peribadi, kolam renang luaran... We had a great stay at Shibari and enjoyed all the amenities and the wonderful cenote. We also tried the spa, which was a great experience. The hotel is not on the beach but it is a two-minute walk from some very nice beach clubs. Definitely also recommend spending time by the cenote. There is a live dj on some days and that was also a great addition (not too loud). All the staff were lovely but I want to mention Diego at the concierge desk in particular, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The only minus is something that was mentioned by others and that I had rolled my eyes at when reading the reviews but was actually quite annoyed by when we were there, and that is the compulsory service charge at breakfast. It’s a small thing but somehow dampened our experience.

It’s a serene place with Great service and several programs like Yoga, Pilate etc. staff is extremely good. Special mention to Ara and Jay at the front desk. Not to forget Daniele at the Bar.

Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan restoran di Playa del Carmen. We stayed four nights. We wanted to be close to the Xcaret parks. This hotel is at walking distance. The setting is in a jungle. Very nice. All of the staff are wonderful. There is a good breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed this place very much. This place is the best in the city, the pools are amazing and the apartments are very nice, clean and modern!

The location in the forest was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, near to a couple of awesome cenotes. Staff 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Location 10/10 - based on the fact that we were searching for something remote. Amazing pools The road is a bit rough to the location but manageable, when we left they were amending it. (that;s how the roads are even when you want to go to the beaches from the main road). And the staff is just amazing.

Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Layla Tulum - Adults Only mempunyai kolam renang luaran, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Tulum. Hotel 5-bintang ini menawarkan bar. Layla Tulum has a relaxing vibe and the personel are kind and helpful. The location is just next to our go to restaurants.

This was the best vacation for me and my future husband. Hotel Bardo is the best hotel in the world! We will, for sure, come back again. Thank you for this amazing experience!

The location is perfect for everything!the best restaurants are nearby. The hotel is located in the middle of a tourist street. P.S.:We are especially grateful to Sofia and Valeri ,they’re the best !
