I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!

I've given this a perfect rating though I don't think it's quite perfect. The thing is there is something special about being there. The natural beauty and peaceful feeling of the lagoon are highlighted by carefully designed rooms and a reasonably limited number of guests. It never feels overcrowded. The hotel design captures the magic of the location and they provided comfort and service above my expectations

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the direct laguna view cabañas and enjoyed tremendously everything: from the hosts, Bernie and Sam who were very welcoming and helpful, to the amazing views and setting, the confort of the rooms to the very nice and healthy food available throughout the day. We liked the place so much that we ended up staying there throughout our stay, just enjoying the beauty of the place. A true slow living experience!

Hotel Casa Hormiga mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan teres di Bacalar. We particularly liked the energy of the place and the staff. We felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. Rodrigo showed us around the whole complex and answered our questions. We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.

The room was great. The showers was very good The breakfasts are wonderful and the breakfast staff were amazing. All in all it was a great choice.

AGAM Hotel Boutique Bacalar - Adults Only mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan restoran di Bacalar. Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful pool area and tasty included breakfast. Having Netflix in the room is an extra bonus for lazy afternoons and evenings when you've had too much sun. Staff were very kind and helpful.
