We had a lovely stay at Dar Bensouda, a beautifully refurbished traditional riad that perfectly blends authenticity with comfort. The property is an old house thoughtfully transformed into charming accommodation, preserving its architectural heritage while offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

We found the accommodation incredible; everything was perfect. The location is very good, as if you don't want to go through the narrow streets of the medina, you can access it by going around the outside of the wall, which is very quick. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there; everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the service from our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many questions and issues.

A bicycle rental service is available at Riad Amir - Fez Mystique. Riad Amir had exceptional service from the minute you walk into the door. The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

The communication before our stay with Hanae was excellent with details of airport pick up and how to get to the riad . We were guided the whole way. Then we were given details on how to navigate the city and tips of what not to do. The riad is centrally located. The rooms are lovely very private.We had our breakfast on the rooftop.

This level of hospitality truly made a difference. Location-wise, the property is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Riad’s connection to Medina, making it convenient for exploring or continuing your journey. All in all, this was a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, with attentive hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again.
