This is paradise on Earth! A human-sized hotel with 13 rooms and numerous services. The staff is very helpful, always very friendly and willing to assist. The rooms are functional and decorated with attention to detail. Amazing views of coconut trees, the pool, and the Indian Ocean. The beach is very well equipped, not crowded, right at the hotel's doorstep, with sun loungers, canopy beds, and staff to monitor and assist guests. The place is very calm and relaxing. The hotel is like a secluded island in an area that doesn't have much interest in itself. The highlight: the restaurant serves excellent food, worthy of a starred restaurant, catering to all tastes at reasonable prices. The breakfast is also excellent, nothing like the bland international food of big hotel chains. The chef was attentive to our needs and tried to fulfill every wish we had. What's more, for my husband's birthday, we were offered a cake and a bottle of wine. We really felt pampered in Ahu Bay. Thanks again to all staff for this memorable holiday!

Our one-week stay at Inn Sea Horizon in Ahungalla, Sri Lanka, was exceptional. Silva and his family's warm hospitality, coupled with the stunning views, excellent service, and delicious food, made it an unforgettable experience. The villa's cleanliness, proximity to beautiful beaches, and Silva's attentive management exceeded our expectations. Children felt like they stayed at close relatives. They wrestled exited to see monkeys jumping from tries to tree in harden and feeding them bananas. Thank you for a fantastic and value-for-money stay. Distance to Ahunalla beach 250m (6 mins walk), private beach 200m (5 mins walk), Kasgoda beach (500m, 15 walk via Buddhist monastery via mountains, steep steps), Turtle Hatching - the same direction as Kasgoda (600m), Nearest Restaurant and bars 250 meters (international cards cads accepted), if buy anything restaurant - sun bet on the beach, cheers, table, tent will be for free.
Nearest Grocery 900m - international cads accepted (15min by walk), Wineshop 1km (seeing a tourist they raise the price twice - ask show the price as it’s government shops, ask for a check).

Terletak di Bentota, 2km dari Pantai Bentota, Amber House Lanka mempunyai pemandangan laut. I'm really demanding person but I was fascinated about this place! Let's Start with location. It's situated about 10 minuts by foot from Aluthgama railway station. It's very convenient when you trevel by train like we. You shouldn't worry about noise because this hotel is on a quiet street near the river. For people who is really in nightlife there are no bars, cafes and parties around this place. Instead of this you can enjoy amazing sunsets and try water activities on the river or fly on a glider over the beach. The hotel is separated from the beach by a river so they give you a free ride to the beach by boat. The beach is sandy, wide and almost deserted. There are no cafes but I saw several sunbeds so probably it could be rented. The coast is quite flat and the ocean depth is shallow, so the place is suitable for children Guest house is pretty small (about 5-6 rooms) and doesn't have a garden where people can walk but we didn't suffer about it. Amazing and welcoming family run it. They helped us with all questions but were not intrusive. We took a river safari excursion from them and did not regret it. We saw monitor lizards, endemic monkeys, small crocodiles, bats and birds. All the time we ate only in this hotel. They provide very tasty and filling breakfasts. We were served scrambled eggs in different forms (scramble, omelet, etc.), yogurt, fruit, toast, butter and jam, juice, tea or coffee. Besides they have a wide selection of dishes in menu including grilld meet( chiken, beef, porc), sea food, noodles, rice etc. All was available and has affordable price. We stayed in family room on the first floor. It is spacious, bright, extremely clean and fully matches with photo and description. Definitely recommend this hotel and say a huge thank you to this family!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Bentota! The property is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to provide excellent advice and tips for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. Their hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bentota!

After 13 (budget) accommodations in Sri Lanka, this was definitely the best value for our money. Large and very clean room, very kind hosts, nicely located between the beach and the main road and a well-working shower with hot water.

Staff were amazing, friendly, always smiling, always trying to help, without being intruding room view was marvelous, walks on the beach was very relaxing, felt like it was a private beach food was exquisite , the chef is definitely skillful, loved the Sri Lankan and international dishes

The Villa Bentota by KK Collection merupakan hotel butik tepi pantai yang menawarkan bilik-bilik dan suite-suite yang direka bentuk secara individu. Wonderful rooms and very professional staff. Nice touches such as milk and not creamer. First place we stayed with a bathtub too. Lots of hidden areas to explore.

Terletak 5-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Bentota, Villa Arana Bentota menawarkan taman, teres dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. Very relaxing setting, the rooms are big and it is clean. The staff were really helpful, they organised a massage and birthday flowers and cake for us when I mentioned. They couldn't be more attentive. Would definitely recommend.
