Beautiful property with modern, comfortable and spacious room. It was pouring rain the day I arrived, so parked myself at the spa for 3 hours and had by far the best Ayurvedic treatments I had on my entire trip. Overall accommodations and spa were a luxurious experience that didn't break the bank.

The breakfast was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely helpful, they helped us finding how to reach Negombo by calling the railway office and they arranged us a tuk-tuk for the train station.

We stayed two nights at Nilu’s and Malsha’s homestay, and it was absolutely amazing. After three weeks of traveling in Sri Lanka, Anuradhapura was our final stop before heading back to Colombo, and both my partner and I agreed that these last two days were the highlight of our trip. Malsha was a fantastic host. She gave us excellent recommendations, prepared fresh and delicious breakfasts, and even did our laundry. We truly felt at home during our stay. The entire family is incredibly sweet and welcoming. They also arranged a guided tour of the ancient city with their friend Kamal, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Having done several guided tours during our trip, we can confidently say that this one was the best by far. The value for money here is unbeatable and the location was also exactly what we had in mind. The homestay is situated in a quiet residential area, which we loved, and it’s only a quick 5-minute tuk-tuk ride to the city center. Thank you, Nilu and especially thank you Malsha, for an incredible stay. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Anuradhapura!

Terletak di Habarana, 10km dari Pidurangala Rock, Priyavimana resort menawarkan penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma, teres dan restoran. I have nothing but praise for Priyavimana Resort! We stayed in a room with a terrace surrounded by palm trees, where you can enjoy breakfast accompanied by birdsong and squirrels. The owners are very kind and helpful. In addition to the fantastic breakfast (other meals are also available on request and I highly recommend trying them at least once), they were also a great help with excursions and sightseeing. The owner has a tuk-tuk and can easily take you to your desired destination. Communication in English was smooth and without any problems. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. During our trip around Sri Lanka, we stayed at several similar accommodations, and Priyavimana Resort was definitely among the very best, both in comfort and cleanliness. I’d also like to point out that they offered assistance in advance with organizing transportation from the airport as well as to our next destination. If (or rather, when) we return to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in the Pearl of The Jungle private tree house on the property. Sameera and his staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed 2 dinners and breakfast each morning- the food was absolutely wonderful… would highly recommend for this alone. Our treehouse was quiet and extremely comfortable. The open air bathroom was nice and clean. We would live at the Mutu village if we could!

We had such a memorable 1 days here. Maleesha was quick to respond to every message and made check-in super easy. The accommodation is stylish and unusual, with a round house and outdoor bathrooms that felt very special. The property is big, green, and full of wildlife. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and listening to the sounds of nature. prepared a barbecue for us one night which was delicious, and the breakfast spread each morning was also excellent. Everything felt very homely, and we appreciated the kindness of everyone. Highly recommend staying here

The staff were super friendly at all times. We really loved the food, breakfast has a big variety of dishes and it was delicious! The bungalow is amazing too, a comfortable and beautiful place in the middle of nature with a private pool - we enjoyed a lot! I highly recommend!
