The most impressive thing about this hotel is how experienced and helpful the front of house staff are, they communicated with us clearly in English which is extremely helpful. They made every process seamless and smooth. Helped up with things both inside and externally to the hotel. I will mention by name: Olieng, Date and Linda. Between the three of them they made our stay amazing. The room was spacious, clean, comfy and cool. Everything in the room worked perfectly and it even had a very high quality TV! We used the restaurant for dinner and it was exquisite. The complementary breakfast was perfect for any and all people as they offer a wide variety of breakfast foods. The pool was refreshing, clean and had complementary towels. Overall our 5/5 in all sections is very much deserved. Would book again.

The room was clean, good-sized and pretty comfortable. The location for the hotel is useful for people who need to be close to the airport (e.g. early flight) and are travelling light. It is an easy walk. However, if you have plenty of luggage, you will probably want to take a taxi, allowing you to easily stay downtown and take one. Meaning You don't gain much, as the hotel is located on a one-way street and would probably need to drive a larger loop to get to the airport.
