I had a Beach bungalow - ideal for single travelers or couples, whilst my friend had a standard Sea Breeze room. The Beach bungalow had the advantage of being right on the beach (literally about 15 m from the pure white sand) and benefitted from the sea breeze, whereas the Sea Breeze room, despite its name, did not get much benefit from the breeze due to tall trees which blocked the view of the beach, but had a great ambience. Both rooms were air conditioned, so the breeze was not essential. There are a wide range of watersports and activities on offer.

Situated on the Indian Ocean along the white sandy Diani Beach, Ocean Village Club offers guests a tranquil haven. It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel !! The stuff was more than kind and helpful always trying to make you feel like you are a part of their family .They were even getting into the room every evening to prepare the bed and spray around for the mosquitoes. The food was a pleasant surprise as all the meals from the breakfast till the dinner were more than worthy to taste .Specially the crab salad and the soup was exquisite! Also they made a so delicious pizza in a wooden oven that we couldn't stop eating it. Also the hotel offers you a massage service which I tried and I loved as the very kind girl was very interested to treat your body part being in pain. Finally the decoration had a traditional futuristic touch that I loved!

The staff were so kind and helpful. The villa was cleaned on time and the job the cleaning lady did was really good. Also, the location may be a bit far from the main road, but it's totally worth it. I loved the fact that it was so quiet. And also how refreshed I felt after staying here. The scenery is also very beautiful and green and refreshing to be around. If you need privacy and a safe place to be, Sonrisa is that place for you
