Located in Kumano Kodo, Sansuikan Kawayu Midoriya offers both Japanese and Western-style rooms. On-site parking and bicycle rental are available free of charge. Old school hotel but the charm is operating! Amazing place to chill and hike !!! The staff is extremely responsive and professional 👍 One of our favorite stay!

Everything was awesome . Staff was so polite and nice. I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .

Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya is situated just a 2-minute walk away from Kawayu Onsen bus stop. Very grateful for their shuttle bus service. We arrived at Hongutaisha late when the tourist center was closed and there was literally no bus running. Called them at around 7PM and got picked up in ten minutes. For a budget stay we were thankful for the service offered. Onsen and dinner/breakfast were also very enjoyable.
