River Retreat Garaku offers luxurious modern rooms and suites for a peaceful getaway on Jinzu River. Food: The Japanese style breakfast and French dinner were both exquisite. Room: Fabulous view of the river from the room. Clean, cosy and you can find many little things that show the thought put into the design. For example, there is a small sliding window between the bedroom and the bathroom that you can open and close. Spa: The experience was so pampering and relaxing, I fell into deep sleep and woke up feeling incredibly refreshed.

It is an old hotel so with realistic expectations it is actually very good. Room was big, front desk was helpful, onsen was decent and finally the food was better than lots of Ryokan that we have stayed in.

Ideally located just a 1-minute walk from Uozu Station, this hotel features spacious public baths, complimentary coffee services and free-use internet PCs at the business centre. Very nice view and friendly staff. The facility was also awesome. Great experience and absolutely recommend!

Overall, it is a wonderland for all tourists.

APA Hotel Takaoka Ekimae mempunyai penginapan di Takaoka berhampiran Zoo Taman Kojo dan Kuil Zuiryu-ji. Well-furnished room. The hotel looks really upscale inside. The hotel's onsen was spacious and enjoyable. Excellent location next to the train station. Overall, a very pleasurable stay.
