Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.

Wonderful staff and place to stay. Pool was heated so even enjoyed it in the light rain and cool days in late March. Great food in the restaurant and snacks at the Chill pool lounge. Also good restaurants nearby if you want to try something different. Pottery Mecca well worth a visit and about 90 minutes north to the aquarium.

Laundry facility on the 2nd and 3rd floor are great! The kitchen was very well equipped and clean.

All saff were so friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the same level as for example Four Seasons - personal care, cleanness, interior design - in reality is even much better than in the photos. And amazing food! We really enjoy this stay, thank you.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Coco Garden Resort Okinawa is located in Higashionna. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. Loved, loved, loved this small resort. In a peaceful residential area, the resort is tucked away from the main road and your accommodation is located in the middle of a little garden paradise. The rooms were very spacious with a little balcony to the rear with a table and chairs. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Always there to assist and answer any questions I had. Am very grateful to staff who helped me to arrange several days trips, organising taxis and/or explaining the bus routes and connections. Sometimes using a mini translator to ensure that I understood everything correctly. I stayed 5 nights and due to that received Club Coco membership, which included breakfast and lunch. The resort also hosts free special events on a daily basis during the day and also some evenings. I managed to a enjoy a cocktail evening, Dim sum dinner and a cooking class. Breakfast was fantastic, such a large variety of both western and Japanese food to choose from, freshly cooked and topped up on a regular basis. At no time was anything empty. There is a free shuttle to Renaissance hotel in Onna which runs frequently throughout the day. From the resort you are under 15 mins walk away from San-A shopping centre and a 7-11 konbini. I rented the electric bike that the resort offers to guest for free and managed to explore the Okinawa caves (approx 10mins ride). Yes, you can get around by public bus but you need to plan it and plan it well. I often co-ordinated and combined hotel shuttle transfers with public buses and airport/resort liner coaches , which also shortened the journey time on trips to for example Churaumi aquarium and Shurijo castle. However, I would definitely hire a car next time. I wanted to see more of the island and felt limited relying on the buses/coaches etc. Staff at the resort really went out of their way to help and ensure that I had a wonderful time.
