The hot spring on the roof top is not too crowded also, and I really enjoy it! Room size looks small but it's neat and clean and enough for 2 adults.

Souvenir items can be purchased at the gift shop. A perfect stay for us. The best thing is the view over Sendai, as the Westin is one of the highest buildings in the city. The staff was always very friendly and tried to satisfy all our wishes. Breakfast is magnificent, you have so much choice for the price. We speak a little Japanese but compared to other places in the area, the staff was very competent communicating in English. We will stay here again if we come back to Sendai.
