The location is great with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was small as shown in the photos, but worked well for a couple with light luggage. A good selection of amenities were included, as well as two different types of pillows to choose from. I highly recommend visiting the baths on the second floor as a way to unwind after a day of activities! The staff were excellent and service was great! The breakfast available at the hotel restaurant had a decent selection to choose from, including both western and Japanese options.

The available private onsen has the same wonderful view plus the enjoynment of soaking in the hot mineral water! The breakfast is buffet type with extensive range of choices. While dinner time is the japanese course menu. Unfortunately for both the cuisine stays the same, while for breakfast it is undestandable, but for dinner they only changed the appetizer, the other dishes stayed exactly the same, so it could be bland taste if overstaying more than 1-2 nights.

Dormy Inn Hiroshima Annex offers a range of wellness facilities including a sauna, a hot spring bath and a spa centre. This hotel is clearly ran by people with a lot of common sense. Everything was just right. I will be looking at dormy inn hotels first for all future Japan trips.
