I would highly recommend this hotel for first timers to Amman because the location is peaceful and near downtown. Plus its easy to take taxi. In addition, the hotel is clean, there is a salon and the staff are helpful and super friendly. Many thanks to Emad for managing my booking and also to Osama and Ayed. Great job and will book again if I come to Amman.

Located in the commercial district of Shmeisani, Hilton Amman is contemporary designed hotel within a walking distance from shopping centers. Location, friendly of staff, facilities and everything was just perfect. It was our anniversary and everyone in the hotel did his best to make our occasion outstanding. No doubt I will be return again to Hilton Amman.

I ordered coffee, and it was terrible. Mohammed from reception recommended coffee for me from an outside shop, which was a personal favor from him. It was delicious He is the one who paid with his own card.. He took me to my room early, inspected all the amenities in the room, and did not accept it. He replaced me with another room. I really felt obliged to leave this comment because this quick stay was extremely professional.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, close to some attractions like the University and shops. The staff (especially Ms. Yara ) are so helpful and friendly, they were doing their best to make our stay pleasant.
