The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. The staff were exceptional! There was nothing that wasn't a challenge and they were easy to communicate with via whatsapp prior to our arrival. The wellness spa with sauna and a swim is allocated for one hour (per room) and was a wonderful experience. The room and view is incredible, for us it was well worth the value/price. The plunge pool is ambient temperature however in May we found that the evening sun heated it perfectly. The sun set and it was comfortable even at 10pm. Breakfast is a must to eat on the deck!

The stuff were so nice and welcoming, they helped us with anything we needed. the view was amazing, and all the of the hotel facilities exceed our expectations! the breakfast was great and the room was clean. highly recommended if you planning to rent a car for the Amalfi coast but visiting Sorrento only for cupule of nights, they have plenty of parking spots around the hotel.
