The Villa Athena Resort has a private entrance to the Valley of the Temples. Hotel is excellent.

Location is great and it is really amazing to enjoy your breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the crystal blue sea. By the way, the breakfast buffet is very satisfying (even without the view :). Staff is polite and efficient, receptionists and hosekeeping ladies, as well. Immaculate cleanliness. Very practical to have on-site parking (not tyipical in San Vito). Definetely would like to come back...

Staff speak English, Spanish and Italian at the 24-hour front desk. Everyting was like paradaise including beds, pillowes and spa. Very good position for exploring Palermo, amaizing restaurat a few step away, with best pizza. Very nice people - big work was done here in interesting historical building. We wish Palermo, beautifull city, to have more people like these owners. We all will come again soon.

This recently renovated guest house is located 3.5 km from Porto Piccolo and 4.1 km from Tempio di Apollo. Guests can use the sauna and the hammam, or enjoy pool views. The property is outstanding both with its luxurious decor and commodities! The room, felt more like an apartment; very airy and spacious! Everywhere and everything was spotless and the attention to little details made our stay even more enjoyable! We were greeted by Paolo who takes care of guests in the afternoon and Pamela who is usually around in the mornings! Both were extremely kind and passionate about their roles making us feel welcome instantly. The wellness centre located on the lower floor of the villa added a brilliant element to the place, where one could unwind and relax upon return! The villa is set slightly apart from the hustle of the town centre yet very close to restaurants and many places worth exploring in the area like Ortygia which is only a 10 min drive away! Definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again should I revisit Siracusa. It is advisable to have a car though!
