Featuring a sun terrace, a wellness centre, and a free gym, the 4-star Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is 500 metres from Ravenna centre. The modern rooms offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and large LED TVs. The hotel is very well located. We stayed one night and walked the center twice, being so close to all the attraction. They surprised us with a small bag for each of our daughters with small gifts (sweets, a card game, etc). Also, slippers and bathrobe their size were waiting for them in the room, and tea cups in animal shape. That was impressive. Very good breakfast variety despite the small display.

Welcoming bottle of proseco was a very nice touch. Tea bags and caffee capsules also made the stay more comfortable. The support of the staff was the best we have experienced in a long time. Their help with finding the right parking spots was above our expectations.
