The location is perfect for the two main roads in Naples, Spaccanapoli and Toledo. It was an easy walk to the Beverello port to catch a ferry. Our host was easy to reach and so very nice. The room was sparkling clean and modern. Having the hot tub was a major plus considering all the walking we did in the city!

We loved that this was a small boutique hotel but the gardens and pool area were large and relaxing with a fabulous view of the mountain. And staying here felt very much like home with all management and staff providing exceptional and very friendly, helpful service. Our room was very clean with a wonderful view of the ocean, a great place to watch the sunset! Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options in a wonderful setting in the garden.

We spent a week here with my wife and son, it was a great time for us. We explored Naples on foot and by public transport. A 10-minute walk to two metro lines that connect the most interesting locations in this beautiful city. Three are many nice restaurants nearby and wonderful coast. The room is clean, well equipped and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpful. After a few days, we got a larger room than we had booked, which made our stay even more comfortable. Lucky us! :) Thank you !

Very comfortable bed. 2 Air conditioner units. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Nice little extras like a beer and water and milk for the coffee. Candies and chips etc. The owner is really trying hard to make sure everything goes well. We were shuttled from our rental car place to the apartment and then the next day to the airport. 15 Euro each shuttle. Elevator in building takes you to the 8th floor.
