Stunning views, lovely kitchen to cook a delicious dinner. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The springs were magical and the restaurant (seafood soup!!) was delicious. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we had the northern lights on New Year’s Eve. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Trip of a lifetime!

Breakfast each morning in the on site restaurant,Jörgensen and their wonderful staff. The food was amazing although the selection was limited and repetitive, however there was always fresh fruit and pastries, variety of breads and cereal options. Scrambled eggs, bacon,sausage hash browned potatoes and roasted tomatoes. All served buffet style. The most amazing item on the breakfast bar was the Cod liver oil, which we saw many people taking. The front seat staff was also amazing and very helpful with any issues you may have and always seemed happy to assist. Special shout out to Veronica, who seeemed to always be there smiling and eager to help Many dining options within a short walk for traditional Icelandic food

The in-house Satt Restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and Icelandic daily specials. The stylish Satt Bar is a nice place to relax and chat with others.

The hotel is also home to the Icelandic Modern Art Exhibition. Other facilities include spa facilities. I love how friendly the staff in this hotel! And also the room is very good. We got a free upgraded room! There is massanger in our bed. We’re very enjoy stay in here. They have a very spacious parking location and it’s free! Definitely will come back stay in here when we go to Iceland again!

The room was really clean as there was house cleaning daily during my stay, which was surprising for me. The lady at the reception was kind as well.
