We greatly enjoyed our time spent at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. Our hotel room had a beautiful, full panoramic view to the ocean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Glenn showed us many peculiar Goan and traditional Indian dishes, and did his best to make us feel really special as long stayer guests of the Hotel. Mintu, who was in charge of cleaning our room, also performed outstanding services, and payed attention to the smallest details. We are really grateful for this holiday experience.

The hotel offers a perfect balance of luxury and comfort, and what stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the entire experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai.
