Special thanks to Nakul, Nikhil, and Laxmi, whose dedication and customer-first attitude made our stay memorable. The food was fresh, tasty, and added to the overall experience. The hotel manager, Benoi, was a brilliant host and the food at the resort was incredible. One evening it was just myself and my wife staying at the resort so the staff asked us if we had any special food requests and the chef prepared some speciality dishes for us to try, which included using fresh produce from within the tea plantation. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.
