The Botanica Sanctuary is a peaceful haven that combines beauty, relaxation and discovery. Comprised of 166 luminous rooms – including 38 Suites, two restaurants and a rooftop infinity pool. Room provided as per request, next to each other and wish for my son birthday. The room clean, a bit small but still nice.

His team was super helpful and supportive. He arranged us the tour to ijen with a guide who was a miner himself. It was a memorable experience!

What really stood out was their efficient use of Whatsapp for communication and service delivery throughout the stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, always attentive to making your stay memorable. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I'll definitely be checking back in here next time I'm in Yogyakarta:))

I had some “technical” issues to solve at check-out and the staff (Fernando and the girls at reception) did everything they could to help me. Appreciated!

The staff of Morazen are aMAZing! I've been staying there for quite a few times now and every new time feels like a homecoming.

Every thing about the mahalaya is great. I like to read reviews before making hotel bookings and often I think these ŕeviews are not true. English speaking TV and movie was a nice extra. For a kiwi living in port hedland this hotel is really nice.

Everything was amazing..... The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.... The concierge staff Efan,Kevin,Pegi,Adi were really great and made our tour of the City very special.

We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.
