Absolutely amazing! From the minute you arrive you just feel so welcome. The staff is so sweet and attentive, they all pay attention to detail and seem to care about their guests. We have been to Bali many times and stayed at so many different places but this is my new favorite! The food in the restaurant is very good but the drinks in the poolbar are even better. For us the hotel was close enough to the center but it felt very serene. We absolutely loved the rooms! They were clean, spacious and very well kept. We can not wait to go back!!!

I had a wonderful vacation at the hotel after our tiring work trip. The hotel is wonderful - Location: located right at Sanur harbor, you can easily walk to Sanur harbor to go to the islands such as Nusa,.. - Wifi 10/10 - Staff : 10/10 always cheerful, friendly, asking about the experience at the hotel and ready to help at any time (especially given a welcome dessert) - The room space is designed so romantically, we just need to lie on the bed and watch the sunrise (a wonderful experience). The swimming pool in the room design helps me enjoy sunbathing and reading wonderfully - Space and hygiene 10/10. Especially the scent in the room is extremely fragrant, making our minds extremely relaxed, smelling like in a relaxing spa It is worth the money we spent

Situated 5 km from Serangan Turtle Island, Andaz Bali - a Concept by Hyatt in Sanur features a restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. It was the best place to spend the holidays so far! Every small detail is well thought and provide a really high quality experience. Food is amazing, staff are all welcoming and friendly, rooms are well designed, spacious and really clean.

Featuring stylish rooms and an outdoor pool, Maison Aurelia Sanur, Bali - By Préférence is set in the real heart of Sanur, 600 metres from Sanur Beach. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Staff were very helpful. I liked everything in the hotel including the location, the staff, the room, etc.

I stayed at Wayan Homestay for the second time and would definitely book again! The place is super friendly, perfectly located, quiet, and very clean. The beds are really comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Excellent value for money — highly recommended!

Location wise, it's about 5 minutes to the sanur beach, you have everything you can think of but the best part I found was the staff. Can't thank them enough. They even helped me with a birthday cake for my girlfriend. I am very grateful to them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool after days in Bali's heat & humidity then into our comfortable air conditioned bedroom complete with insect repellent! Our villa was exactly as pictured in the promotional material. Included breakfast in the on-site restaurant each morning was a great way to discover Balinese foods with an extensive menu. We enjoyed 2 dinners there as well instead of going off site. I had a really wonderful massage with Devie and Jay enjoyed his pedicure. Transportation provided (when stay is 3+ days) from the cruise port to the Villas on our arrival and to the airport at our departure. We opted to extend our last day and check out at 6 p.m. instead of noon as our flight was not until 9:30 that evening for a reasonable half the room rate! A great value for the privacy & foods offered! HIGHLY recommend!
