We really love the room especially the bed....and the pillows... it's so comfortable that we slept soundly. The toilet and bathroom is so beautiful and clean. Overall the room is so stylish and yet comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and its surroundings . Spacious room and comfortable bed. Free shuttle to airport and National Park. I had a nice surprise on return from our morning excursion , they decorated my room with Birthday cards and balloons and a towel birthday cake on the bed as well as a chocolate birthday cake too !! All the excursions booked through the hotel start from within the hotel and with lunch and snack and a smaller group. The price is more expensive than the excursions from the National Park but it is definitely worth it.

Very beautiful location. Everything is in very good shape. There is a lot of stuff to do in the resort even with bad weather pool, ping pong, some table games. And for outdoor some hiking, snorkeling , swimming. The food was excellent (the best we had in our trip to Malaysia) There is a lot of fauna too which was very magical. Monitor lizards, hornbills, monkeys and more. But the best of all is the staff. Everyone was incredibly gentle and always ready to make the guest feel taken care of.

The staff at this family-run hotel went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was super clean and bathroom spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed a complimentary foot soak which was amazing after having climbed Mt Kinabalu. There is a lift which is convenient for moving luggage up to the room.

Especially the gentleman working as a concierge by the luggage) in the daytime - he should be promoted. We only met extremely friendly staff.

Amazing property with truly world class amenities and crew. Great pool and beach. Spent most of our time at the Samoan bar in the evenings during sundowner. Great food, great cocktails and wonderful staff led by Fen and her team of Febby, Nazirul, Stephanie. Great team and wonderful to interact with. Hats off to their professionalism. The Magellan Sutera Resort is large property popular with families, groups, and couples. Staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.
