The therapist was very professional and the Spa area and room was beautifully appointed and very relaxing.

On the first place is a great and friendly all staff in Neano escape ! Best people ever that we meet in resorts and hotels. Especially big thanks to driver Bombom who helped us to explore best places in Bali and he speaks English perfect and he is very smart to be future manager. Location of resort is peaceful and pool is very nice with outstanding view. Food is delicious and room is very clean and comfortable.

The booking process was smooth and the staff were very responsive with my queries. Most importantly, they went above and beyond in assisting and accomodating my parents.
