I just wished we had booked a few more day to enjoy the stunning pool area and beautiful rooms We booked a 60 min massage which was amazing. The therapist was very professional and the Spa area and room was beautifully appointed and very relaxing.

Neano Escape has a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The area is popular for fishing and cycling, in addition, bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel. On the first place is a great and friendly all staff in Neano escape ! Best people ever that we meet in resorts and hotels. Especially big thanks to driver Bombom who helped us to explore best places in Bali and he speaks English perfect and he is very smart to be future manager. Location of resort is peaceful and pool is very nice with outstanding view. Food is delicious and room is very clean and comfortable.

Guests at the accommodation can enjoy an à la carte breakfast. We stayed for 6 days. Food (Sukun restaurant), ambiance, rooms and service were top rate. We felt at home from the moment we stepped in. The pool area is quaint and calming and was never super crowded. We did visit during the rainy season. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating to our requests. Special mention to Radha and Eka for providing daily activities that we looked forward to and made our stay memorable. I mentioned Sukun earlier and it's probably one of the best restaurants in the area. The breakfasts were multi course with a lot of selection and tasty. We visited the spa for couples massage and highly recommend the Balinese massage.

The staff were super nice—special thanks to Juni and Eka for being so kind, and honestly, everyone on the team was always smiling and greeting us warmly. The pool area is lovely, and the hotel’s restaurant serves one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. There’s a lot of food and plenty of variety to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We’d definitely go back and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Although we didn’t have the chance to try the spa (we were always out exploring!), we are confident it would have been amazing based on the quality of everything else. The service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the suites with an outdoor hot tub, and it was absolutely incredible. Soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the stunning views of the jungle was like a dream come true. The infinity pool was equally breathtaking—a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. The cleanliness of the resort was unmatched; everything was spotless, and we’ve honestly never experienced such meticulous attention to detail in a property. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal we had at the resort was excellent, and we loved that we didn’t need to go anywhere else to enjoy high-quality dining. The live music in the evenings added such a lovely atmosphere to our dining experiences. It’s rare to find a place where everything exceeds expectations, but Kastara Resort truly deserves its 5-star rating and more. In terms of location, it couldn’t have been better. The resort is a peaceful haven away from the chaotic center of Ubud, yet still close enough to explore. It’s about a 35-minute walk to the center, which was perfect for us as we could avoid the traffic while enjoying the serenity of the surrounding jungle. It also served as the perfect base for exploring Ubud and its beautiful surroundings. Without a doubt, Kastara Resort is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
