This hotel has something special 🙂. One of the best overall pleasent stay and expiriance i had. Maybe is just Hong Kong vibe, but somehow all about thisn hotel and stay was just perfect. Hotel location is 9/10 and very close to all you need, view from the partial harbor room is amazing, same as service in hotel. Will return back in Octobar.

The St. Regis Hong Kong truly has a staff that goes above and beyond, treating their tenants like royalty. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

Featuring sophisticated spacious suites and rooms across 25 storeys, The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel offers accommodation in Hong Kong. The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort. The breakfast selection was delightful. The chef offered to make me gluten free bread without a hesitation - and was wonderful! Staff was wonderful, offering little tricks and tips on everything from getting around the city, to also finding the better price for breakfast.

I would like to thank the entire W HK team, especially Pauline and Shirley, who made my stay one of the most pleasant experiences in HK. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist my needs and gave me great local recommendations. Housekeeping were incredible and their personalised gestures were warmly received. We are lucky to stay in many 5-star establishments everywhere, and I admit to having been impressed several times by The Peninsula Hong Kong. The pickup service and Juliette's warm reception were perfect and we immediately understood that this hotel is unique.
