The room was beautifully designed, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water, coffee, and high-quality toiletries, which made the experience feel extra special. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Dior and her team for doing such an amazing job! We also loved the location — it was perfect for exploring the area while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this stay made our trip truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, outstanding place to stay.

Orama Hotel & Spa mempunyai kolam renang luaran bermusim, pusat kecergasan, taman dan ruang tamu berkongsi di Fira. Menawarkan restoran, tempat penginapan ini juga mempunyai bar dan khidmat urut. Facilities are amazing, the pool, the restaurant. It was in a very good location as well, 5min away from the center for Fira. Staff was exceptional, helped us plan our trip, reserve in certain restaurants, etc. Special shoutout to Mario who really went above and beyond.

Everything really, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the vibes are really comfortable and relaxing.

The property is brand new, super clean and has a modern cave feel. The private pool facing caldera is breathtaking and has great privacy. The staff was super friendly and kind, big thanks to Eva for everything.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, cozy and private. The location is within 5-7 minutes from the best beach on the island and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Stella, the host, was super kind and helpful, having our room ready before check in time and was always available for questions or recommendations. Once again, thank you so much for everything, Stella!

You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. Very comfortable and wide suite with outdoor Jacuzzi. The pool was attractive. Sitting around the pool was very relaxing. Food was delicious. So friendly and helpful staff. Receptionists were very greatful with our stay, smiling and have good informations about the attractive places. I would like to thank both Stavroula and Ltigenia who made our stay easy. They were reachable for any assistance anytime. Transport through the hotel was arranged in such a smooth way through the driver Mike who was cooperative with good price.

We stayed at Neo Suites in Fira for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The suite was beautiful — very clean, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing sea view and our own private hot tub, which made the experience even more special. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to the center of Fira, but still peaceful and quiet. And the staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and discreet — they made us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. It was everything we hoped for in a honeymoon stay. Perfect location ! We took partial sea view room with jacuzzi . It was very comfortable and clean . It was very nice to view the sunset from the jacuzzi every night . I would definitely visit here again . Perfect breakfast and staff .
