A brand new hotel, very nicely located in a calm area, but close to the city. Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The panoramic view from the room was breathtaking, and the hot breakfast served right to my room every morning was a perfect way to start the day. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member was so kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. Room service was also fantastic — I highly recommend trying the chicken tagliatelle, it was delicious! Overall, it’s a solid 10/10 experience, and I honestly can’t wait to come back soon!

Excellent hotel, very clean, professional and helpful staff, nice rooms, excellent pool, close to the city, great view from breakfast restaurant, good wifi, free parking.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Best hotel I've been to. 5 star employees. I don't think I've ever been treated so well as at the Nema Hotel. The facilities, the food, the location are excellent. And again, the employees are always willing to help and go beyond expectations. When I return to Crete I will stay at Nema 100% I was sorry to leave. It was a fantastic week

Younger guests can have fun at the 3 children’s pool, at the playground or participate in the games that the animation team organizes. This has been our third consecutive year in this amazing location. The team is wonderful, the food is great and the facilities impeccable. Our son is very entertained by the water slides and evening kids program and highly motivated to eat his proteins and grow by next year, so he can slide on the older kids slides 😁. So yes, we’ll be back in 2026 as well. Looking forward. PS: it’s worth renting a car and doing the Sebi Submarine tour and the lemurs feeding at Amazonas Park Zoo

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. We loved that it was so big that the beach and pools weren't overly crowded. However, we did stay on the adult exclusive side so our pool was a bit more relaxed and less people. I definitely recommend if you want a relaxed couple trip to go for the adult deluxe for sure. Otherwise you may be surrounded by screaming children. They even have a separate area on a very nice covered patio for adults only at the main buffet. As well as some adult only nights at the restaurants. It is also a very good resort for kids! They had plenty of pools for kids as well as an arcade, waterpark, kids club with activities throughout the day, etc. We ended up just relaxing by the pool/beach but they had activities for adults as well if you're interested in that. Greek lessons, out door cinema, live music, etc. WE LOVEDDD the aperol spritz bar, wish it was closer to the adult pool 😉 (but it's not that far 😂) We loved the view from our seaside room it was beautiful. The way they set up our room for our honeymoon was adorable (and it was free of charge☺️). The room also had an included mini bar, robe, and slippers. The house keepers were incredible! They kept our room super tidy wiped down the floors daily, gave us new towels (including beach ones) Servers were amazing as well, even during rushes they kept their cool. a la cartes were absolutely incredible. Platia's food was INCREDIBLE. I've never been so full in my life. Mademi was also pretty good food wise, but the views were so so good. We didn't get to the others because when looking at the menus they seemed similar to what was at the main buffet for vegetarians.
