Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Modern and spacious. Plenty of things to do … though we could only spend the night so really just used the room and one restaurant. The parking was very convenient. It was walking distance from the Birmingham airport (half an hour … so too far with luggage but good if you travel light).

The chic Malmaison Birmingham offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, within the upmarket Mailbox development. It has a health spa, a restaurant, and a bar with a wine tasting room. In my opinion the best hotel to stay at in Birmingham. The staff are incredibly helpful and the customer service is spot-on, supportive but not intrusive. The food in the restaurant whether you eat in there or the room service is at the highest quality and reasonably priced for what you get. The rooms are tastefully furnished with a host of small touches that make your experience that extra bit special. Also the spa facilities are top Notch. The hotel is also outstandingly clean in every area. If I'm ever back in Birmingham again I will not hesitate to stay here.

Enjoying a waterfront setting and overlooking the canal’s marina, Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley is set in the heart of the Black Country and offers rooms with on-site private parking subject to... The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring and wonderful for shopping. Room was large and clean, breakfast very reasonably priced, lovely dining room. Gym facilities fab and staff very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay, thank-you.

In Birmingham’s center, this modern 4-star hotel offers a luxury health spa with a 16 meter swimming pool and gym with Matrix fitness equipment. Everything from breakfast to regency club.nevin and Sandra in the club were fabulous. In reception Gabrielle and Thea were outstanding, funny and professional.

Step back in time at New Hall Hotel & Spa, an 800-year-old manor house hotel offering a luxurious escape near Birmingham. This was a most wonderful property. All members of staff were really nice and helpful. Hotel location in the midst of lush greenery and the historic wonder of the structures were amazing. The room was quite large and the shower refreshing. Breakfast was really good and staff especially helpful. Walking around the grounds is unforgettable.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.
