I had an amazing stay at Rock Mill Retreat in the Peak District. The attention to detail was spot on—luxurious British Wool bedding, a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee machine, and underfloor heating in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. The red light therapy room was a real bonus and really helped with my knee. We also made great use of the BBQ downstairs, grilling some incredible local farm steaks.

We booked this place for a Hen party and it was the best choice! The house was amazing and enough room for all of us. The pool and hot tub were well heated and used frequently. The house had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. The host allowed me to visit a week before our booked date so that I could view rooms and decide where to put decor etc and it was so useful to be able to do that! The host was also easily contactable with any questions I had which was really appreciated.

Five Acres is a fantastic house with everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. The sauna and hot tub were a personal favourite. We also loved the addition of fresh tulips in the conservatory! It was perfect for our friend's hen party and every detail was thought of. Nancy and Howard replied to messages really quickly if we had any queries, and Howard met us on arrival to show us round. The sofas and beds were incredibly comfortable, and the table extended to fit all 17 of us round. Luckily, we had perfect sunny weather so spent a lot of time outside. There was a few little sun traps to enjoy. Overall a really lovely, clean property and can't recommend enough.

Nestled in the heart of Matlock Bath, Derbyshire, and set within 5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, The New Bath Hotel & Spa is a charming 18th-century property located on the edge of the Peak... The staff were incredible. Very intensive, knowledgeable and smiley. Dinner was perfect. Able to cater for our dietary requirements without fuss. Lots of flavour & great portion sizes. I definitely recommend the Thai Curry. Breakfast choice was amazing too. Again catering for all diets.

Just outside the Peak District National Park, The Three Horseshoes Inn offers stylish rooms and high-quality restaurant dining, as well as access to the spa facilities for a surcharge. Very nice comfortable place to stay and the staff were lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
