Excellent Hotel with superb staff. we were received at the reception by Alex and Maria who were very helpful, always with a smile on their faces and very professional and made us feel welcome. the rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. the hotel in general looks new, smells very good, the location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions in the city but at the same time a quiet area. We would almost return to Bilbao just for this hotel

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. The staff is amazing and so helpful! The front desk is kind and thoughtful and helped me book my local tickets.

I rented a bycicle from the city for two days for bike touring. The hotel has separated room to store bikes and the staff realy handle it well. All ok , nice hotel

Situated opposite Bilbao’s Guggenheim Museum, this boutique hotel was created by fashion designer Antonio Miró. It offers free WiFi and a 24-hour honesty bar. I thought I booked a room facing the Guggenheim Museum. Instead, I got a spacious suite facing it, which didn't even cost that much. Hence, in case you are up to some pampering I recommend you to book it as well.

The host was friendly and caring, which made the stay even better.
