At Sunrise Anjum Resort guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. We were provided with an upgrade to the beautiful sea-view room which we really enjoyed. During our stay we needed a medicine and we were provided with one from the doctor in the clinic placed at the hotel. The time we checked-out we were also provided with a room to take a shower in. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and kind and make us feel like at home. Both food at the main restaurant and drinks at the bars were high quality and tasty.

Dairy-free, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit

A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
