I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional staff behavior. Everyone was cooperative, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Eliwa, who hosted us with utmost professionalism. He made us feel like we were receiving special treatment, even though he extends the same care to every guest. I’d also like to thank Hashem, the bartender at the relaxation pool, and Mohamed, the pasta chef, for their exceptional service. Mohamed’s work was filled with passion, love, and joy, which made our dining experience truly delightful. Unlike reviews I’ve read about other hotels and resorts in the region, we experienced no form of discrimination, especially against Egyptians. The treatment was equally excellent for all guests, regardless of nationality, which was very refreshing. The drinks were moderate in quality, but the outstanding staff attitude more than compensated for this. The rooms were impeccably clean. However, the side sea view wasn’t ideal for us, and we would prefer a pool view for our next visit. The variety of food was outstanding. I’ve never encountered such an extensive selection as I did at Steigenberger Soma Bay. The taste was diverse, blending local cuisines with international favorites, which truly enhanced the dining experience.

JAZ Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. Staff was always asking feedback and taking actions immediately! They were all smiling and positive. The room was clean and the entertainments are good enough! Special thanks to Christine, Sally, Shaban and Sameh! They made our vacation very special!

Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea - Adults Friendly 16 Years... An amazing hotel, super clean, modern and beautiful. All staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The food was nice and i cant recommend it enough. A must is an oriental massage - it was soooo good. We also dived with the Coraya Dive Centre which is on the hotel!

The staff are very nice, very friendly and the best customer service ever! They always smile and ask if we need anything. All inclusive food and drink at the hotel is super nice especially by the pool. Food is super! If you get sick, do not worry, the hotel provides medical care as well.
