It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

The facilities were luxurious and very comfortable. Spa, pool, gym, restaurant, terrace were very beautiful and comfortable. Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. It’s nothing compare what you read about it. It’s a overrated hotel with a small amount of options. Massage place always full and massage was average. If you book thru booking you will be given the rooms on the other side of the building which is not the same look and feel like the old building. Very below average. They will tell you that you could upgrade which we tried twice but it wasn’t possible.
