Clean, great pool, easy access, washing machine, pool cat.

An excellent small modern hotel in the mountainous region of Cyprus, with a warm and soulful atmosphere. Perfectly clean! Everything is provided for the convenience of guests - even an elevator in a two-story building and toilets with changing tables on each floor! There is an outdoor pool in the yard, in the evening it is closed from birds and garbage - the first time I see this in Cyprus! The staff is smiling, friendly, they do everything quickly and carefully. In the evening I asked for warm milk for my child at the bar - the bartender put the previous open bottle aside, brought a new one and opened it in front of me - nice! And they didn't charge me). The restaurant is wonderful - we had lunch and dinner - the menu is varied, everything is fresh, cooked "from under the knife". Breakfasts are quite sufficient - everything is there, they add, without waiting for empty trays. The room is decorated in a chalet style - wooden beams, parquet, fireplace. Every day they put water and fruit, a bottle of good wine upon arrival. Also a very comfortable bed, complete blackout at night, a huge balcony, high-speed wi-fi, robes and slippers. The grandson forgot three soft toys in his daughter's room (hid between the wall and the mattress)), the daughter called - the staff found them and sent them to us. Now I know where to stay in the mountains of Cyprus!

This is by far the best hotel in the whole Platres/Troodos area. Our suite was wonderful, with views over the pool. The public rooms were also very good. Location is just 3 minutes walk from Platres centre.

A beautiful, large, cozy house built in the Troodos mountains with immense love and exquisite style. It offers magnificent views and amazing mountain air. Every tiny detail you might need during your stay has been thought of. We'd really love to return here once all the work is done, but I suspect we won't have enough money then.😃

Everything was nice and cozy, the estaff was very friendly and welcoming. Great location in the mountains with a very peaceful view. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Guests can pamper themselves in the spa centre, equipped with treatment rooms, sauna and steam room. EVERYTHING In my opinion Its the best luxury hotel (mountain style) in Cyprus. You totally get what you pay and it’s 100% worth it. They offered us a transfer from the parking lot to the hotel and they welcomed us with gifts and drinks and they immediately arranged an extra bed for free for our daughter since i forgot to mention in my booking. They had the friendliest staff i ever met (especially Mrs Charis and the blonde lady at the reception which i forgot her name). The whole place is very clean and cozy. The room was spacious and clean, but the best feature was the terrace which we enjoyed very much. The bed was so relaxing and even the shampoos and lotions in the bathroom were the best quality products i have ever seen provided in a hotel room. The breakfast was very nice, and i liked their freddo espresso also. It’s our 3rd time visiting and we are definitely coming back soon.

Troodos Hotel & Spa’s front desk is available 24 hours a day. On the slopes of the Troodos Mountains, guests can enjoy hiking, in the warmer months, and skiing and snowboarding, during the snow season. Fantastic location, right by restaurants and walking trails. Parking right by the hotel. Room size good, sufficient power outlets. Bathroom was a bit dated but nothing negative about it.
