A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

Beautiful hotel, just by the plantations and close to the river. The rooms keeps is traditional style but with modern comfort. Also, food is delicious! Local and authentic Singaporean flavours on the table. The staff and owner are very friendly, we would stay here again.

The hotel is well-maintained, clean and beautifully designed. The location is excellent as it has two gates to access the Lijiang Ancient Town. Breakfast has a vast selection, and is delicious. Staffs are also friendly and helpful especially those who serve breakfast.

Breakfast was superb . The Reception staff was the best that we have come across out all the hotels we have stayed around the World. Specially Cindy and Karon helped us a lot. They booked Taxis whenever we wanted and got whatever we wanted within short notice. This is to the Management of the hotel ...You Have some great staff working for you.

The hotel is beautiful from the moment the car pulls up out the front. It's huge with 420 rooms. My rooms was quite a walk from the lift was there was a view everywhere. The room was quite large and had everything I needed to enjoy my 4 nights.

Situated in Kunming among the greeneries, a 4-minute drive from Haigeng Park, HUALUXE Hotels & Resorts Kunming has a fitness centre and garden. Clean, nice resort. Good breakfast buffet. Nice free tea ceremony in the lobby. Friendly staff. Dinner location is slightly without a nice atmosphere. Location is close to nature. Far from the centers, shops, restaurants etc. but easy to take a taxi. Hotel helps you arrange.

Shangri-La Resort, Shangri-La is managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, offering comprehensive services and 228 cosy and bright guest rooms between 2nd to 9th floors. ​We had a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La resort and would highly recommend it! ​From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's grandeur and beautiful decor. Our room was lovely—it was well-decorated, clean, and so cozy. We especially loved the high-quality amenities and the stunning view of the mountains and town. ​The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. There were so many delicious options, and we really enjoyed the variety. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help. While some didn't speak much English, we easily communicated using a translation app, and it was no problem at all. ​One of the most thoughtful things they did was surprise a family member with a birthday cake and a card. It was such a special touch that really showed their incredible hospitality. ​The resort is also in a great location. It was just a quick Didi ride to the ancient town, or a nice short walk if we felt like strolling. Plus, they even offer a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport or train station if you book it in advance. ​Overall, we had a truly wonderful time and can't say enough good things about our experience!

With guestrooms scattered in the foot or mid-levels of snow mountains, Jinmao Hotel Lijiang has been designed to form a street scene similar to those found in the old city of Lijiang, where guests can... Such a beautiful hotel. The scenery is amazing from every angle. The restaurants and bakery on site were excellent - we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they were able to arrange a cake with candles at very short notice and even delivered a complimentary cake to our room later in the evening! Breakfast buffet had a great spread of western and Asian foods. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and animal feeding and complimentary hotel activities such as tie dyeing. Overall, an amazing stay.

Convenient location right outside Lijiang Ancient Town and beside very good eateries. Excellent service from all staff. We even received a complementary room upgrade. Jayden NAXI Healing Lodge臣安纳西疗愈小院 - Namaste mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Lijiang. Carol and Johnson went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. They linked us up with private hire drivers who drove us from Tiger Leaping Gorge to Lijiang, as well as from Lijiang to Dali. Johnson also helped us book tickets for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (can only be purchased the night before through local WeChat accounts), and even went with us to the ticket counter at Lijiang Romance Park as Chinese ID was required to collect tickets. The breakfasts they prepared were warm, nourishing Yunnan specialities. They had splendid recommendations for local restaurants and gifts to buy for the folks back home. They are generous, open-hearted people who love company and good conversations.
