Crowne Plaza Suzhou is ideally located in Suzhou Industrial Park, against the scenic backdrop of beautiful Jinji Lake. The luxurious hotel offers a spa, a fitness centre and free parking. We have been to Suzhou many times but this was the first time we stayed in Crown Plaza. We are very happy with our selection, the location, the water view and the hotel's proximity to major attractions are first class. The walking path above the water next to the hotel makes our stay even more enjoyable. It is so beautiful with flowers along both sides of the pathway. The service is excellent with all our demands are met. We celebrate our milestone birthday here. The check-in, room services and breakfast are all great. This is one of the best Crown chain hotel in the world we have stayed. We wish to thank you all for the great facility and service.

Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is ideally situated in the centre of Suzhou, and features a garden, free WiFi and a bar. Very good location but the food is very bad

Rooms are spacious with great views of the surrounding commercial district. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and fresh produce. Lovely swimming pool with a view. Gym is modern and very good for a hotel gym. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm and helpful, whether it was the front desk staff who checked us in with a smile, the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, or the concierge who provided excellent local recommendations. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. We felt like valued guests throughout our entire stay and would definitely return.

Hotel is new, clean, rooms are ergonomically well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent, right is the middle of a beautiful park with lots of things to do for grown ups and kids.
