Health Club spreads over an entire wing of the second floor, with a variety of health & relaxation options. The health club is equipped with advanced gym equipment, a 28-degree heated indoor swimming pool, steam rooms, sauna and spacious Jacuzzis. Everything is tasteful, elegant and luxurious. Everything works. Service, including room service from restaurant is excellent. We stayed for one week and we would have liked to stay longer. Although I was for work in Beijing, the hotel gave it a vacation feel. This is not something I can say of many hotels in big cities.

Great hotel, very kind staff. Well located and comfortable, we certainly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay — it was flawless from the moment we made the booking, to after we checked out. Ahead of our stay, they made a booking for a restaurant on my behalf, and even rang me from abroad to discuss the best time to do up some decorations for the room as we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to surprise him. We were delighted to step into the room that evening with fresh flowers, balloons, and a neon “Happy Birthday” sign greeting us. Throughout our stay, the front desk, reservations team, concierge, and housekeeping team were so helpful, responding to all our messages swiftly and delivering service with utmost professionalism. The level of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and overall service we experienced was truly unparalleled. The room was always spotless and we felt so comfortable staying there. Housekeeping also wrote us notes to inform us that they had rearranged my makeup on the counter so I could access it more easily (but that if I didn’t like it they wouldn’t touch it again), and that they had retrieved from the bin and set aside a box of (expired) medication just in case we had thrown it out by accident. We even came back one evening to find that they had cleaned our boots even though we hadn’t requested for a shoe shine service! Amazing location, and the facilities and amenities were great as well — we particularly enjoyed our 90min massage treatments at the hoteli spa, which deserves another 10/10 review altogether. Shoutout to Jenny from the reservations team, who made sure we were going to be well taken care of prior to us even setting foot in the country. Shoutout to front desk staff Nora too, who checked us in and out, and was so lovely, friendly, and warm — all smiles, eager to help, and even sent us off with a bath bomb as a little parting gift!
