Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Helpful staff and welcoming. I’d pass our high appreciation to the receptionist, who assisted us in getting bus tickets and directions to the city. She facilitated our program and added value to our overall stay experience. Set on the car-free Uetliberg mountain, surrounded by nature and hiking paths, the award-winning Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich presents a stylish design with a sauna area and unique views... It was so nice. The staffs were attentive, especially Robin at Front Desk and the housekeeping staffs. Our room was spacious and VERY comfortable. It was cold outside but it was always pleasant inside. The floor was warm as well. The view was spectacular. We got to experience different kinds of weather at the top as we stayed there for a few days. The location itself is a tourist attraction so there are lots of trails. It’s really nice to walk around!
