Everything was on one floor and adaptable for families. I would recommend to anyone with small kids. The people at the reception were very kind and helpful at any time. No problems at all. Situated in Kaprun, in the Salzburg Land in the heart of Austria, 1.6 km from Kaprun Castle and 0.9 km from the Maiskogelbahn. It is great and clean. Staff is wonderful. Great breakfast , not something big, but definitely enough. I arrived with family members which need Kosher food and brought it from home, the hotel's kitchen allow us to store our food in their refrigerator. We took 3 rooms, all of there were very big, fantastic rooms with a great view Staff member are very friendly.

Laschenskyhof Hotel & Spa, with its comfortable lounge and sun terrace, is famous for its excellent, traditional meals which are served throughout the day. Loved this place and already planning our next trip so that we can stay there again. Super family friendly, everything was so comfortable and easy. The breakfast was next level! Our daughter has celiac and they had plenty of gluten free options for her, including cereal and muffins. The family pool is amazing as well, and the location can't be beat.

Hotel Gerl – urban soul meets alpine vibes Just two minutes from the A1 and 15 minutes from Salzburg city centre lies the 4-star Hotel Gerl in Wals – quietly located but easily accessible. Everything! From the tasteful decor, to the various areas for relaxation and hydrotherapy and delicious food and experience we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more! The staff members were welcoming and helpful throughout the hotel ! We will return!

A hideaway in the middle of the city. The charming boutique hotel has been family-run for three generations and is a pioneer of the common good economy. The staff makes this hotel amazing. The thoughtfulness of the design makes this hotel aesthetically pleasing. It exceeded my expectations and I hope to go back.
