Beautiful property surrounded by vineyards and mountains! we stayed in a deluxe villa room. it was really nice to have a short, very pretty walk to/from the hotel instead of staying in the main hotel building. our room was spacious with a lovely, large bathroom area. we also had a small outdoor patio with table and chairs. the room was very comfortable and clean. the pool area was lovely with the backdrop of the vineyards and mountain views. we borrowed the bikes at the hotel and rode around the extensive property and into town each morning. the golf course was good except, depending on the time of year, the mosquitos are crazy!! Aside from breakfast each morning, which was very good, we didn’t eat at the hotel. We had dinners at the various vineyards in the area. we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Everything! Absolutely wonderful hotel in every way. Immaculate bedrooms, bathroom, lobby and restaurant. Service was outstanding - welcoming charming door man who took our cases up, reception staff and restaurant staff were all excellent polite and friendly. Our only regret was that we had only booked one night.

This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!

Hotel Ankara Suites is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Salta city centre. It offers modern, self-catering apartments with free Wi-Fi, and a hydromassage tub, and sauna. Great location and great facilities. The room had everything we needed. Having breakfast served in the room was good, too. There is a laundry room on the 6th floor where you can wash, dry and iron your clothes. It's all great!
