We visited in mid March so it was mostly empty and the swimming pool was not functional. But a decent breakfast and ample parking space. The staff is very cooperative. We used SPA by paying 20€ per person. Since it was the off season, it was only us using the SPA.

Excellent location and facilities . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would whole heartedly recommend it

Hotel Colosseo is located in the city of Shkoder, in a pedestrian area surrounded with houses, bars, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. We did like the location, SPA and spacy room, the staff was very helpful and recommended very good place for a diner. The breakfast could offer a bit more of variety of main dishes, but we found everything we like.
